The staff of Fort Campbell’s Housing Services Office provides counseling and assistance to help Soldiers smoothly transition whether they have permanent change of station, expiration term of service or temporary duty assignment orders.
The Housing Services Office is a resource for all housing-related needs, including addressing any issues Soldiers and Families have with Lendlease/Campbell Crossing.
The Housing Services Hotline number is 270-956-4728 and is meant to be called when Fort Campbell residents are experiencing systematic and repetitive issues within their homes and feel the resolutions with Lendlease/Campbell Crossing’s community manager or property director are unsuccessful. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The housing hotline responds to unresolved issues after work orders are submitted to Lendlease/Campbell Crossing. It is the second level of support to housing residents. The Housing Services Office staff are an advocate to help residents resolve complicated issues.
Since the hotline’s establishment about one year ago, Housing Services Office staff have received 153 calls. The staff are required to take immediate action when a call is received.
The Housing Services Office is open 7:30 a.m-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday in Room 400 of the Soldier Support Center, 2702 Michigan Ave. Walk-ins are welcome. For more information, call 270-798-3808.

Campbell Crossing response times for work orders fall in three categories:
•Emergency work orders, such as an active water leak, get a response within an hour and are working until completed or contained.
•Urgent work orders, such as clogged sinks or partial power loss, are answered within 24 hours.
•Routine work orders are responded to within five business days.
