Lozada Physical Fitness Center open to vaccinated users

Lozada Physical Fitness Center, located at the intersection of 38th Ave. and Desert Storm Ave., is now open 24 hours, seven days a week for all fully COVID-19 vaccinated, authorized users. To be fully vaccinated, it must be at least 14 days after your second vaccination. You will need to bring your vaccination card to Lozada PFC for verification. Cellphone photos of vaccine cards also will be accepted. Authorized users include active-duty Soldiers, reservists, retirees, dependents, DOD Civilians, and contractor employees with a CAC Card.

Family members ages 16 and older may access the facility 5 a.m.-7 p.m., and those ages 18 and older can access the facility at all hours. For more information, call 270-798-5830.

Commanding General’s 60th Annual Golf Tournament

The Commanding General’s 60th Annual Golf Tournament will be June 12 and 13 at Cole Park Golf Course, 1610 101st Airborne Division Road. The First Round Tee Times will begin at 8 a.m. June 12. The Second Round Tee Times will begin at 8 a.m. June 13 and the award ceremony will follow soon after. Lunch will be served 11 a.m.-2 p.m. both days. USPSA Shooting Match

Fort Campbell Outdoor Recreation Privately Owned Firearms Program will host a USPSA Match beginning at 8 a.m. June 5 at Range 16 on Market Garden Road. Competitors will engage in a variety of different scenarios and targets using the range’s five shooting bays. Only pistols or pistol caliber-carbines are permitted. Competitors must be at least 13 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
